Both are very dirty, but neither of them can hold a candle to Reed in this area. Dirtiest person in GA government at any level, makes Campbell look like an Archangel.

I don't see how Reed can be seen as anything but a disaster, given that both the Braves and Thrashers left town under his watch. Those alone tarnish his legacy IMO.
