My aunt's husband tried to kick my cousin out after he threw a party at their house for high school kids. He was 27. The cops said he had a right to stay there.

first off he deserved it. secondly, where was this?
and my answer to the OP question would be that i would drug her. take her mattress outside and change the locks and that would be the end of it.

This lady does this knowing that if she plays her cards right, she can file a lawsuit and get a jury trial, in which case she gets free representation, and the family has to pay $5K-10K in legal and court costs.
The family ends up settling for a few grand and she goes on her way. On to the next mark.
She's a total pos. I'd kick her out on the street, let it go to trial and then show her pattern of behavior. A jury would see what's going on, and she'd get stuck with the court costs. frick giving in to a count like that.

so, i'm not to familiar with the law on this one.
if the family physically removes her themselves without causing bodily harm, what are their consequences?

Yep. Move everything out and put the place up for rent. See if the bitch can afford it and the utilities.

I'd physically throw her out and invite her to call the cops.

yeah, my cousin got so drunk that he blacked out. he woke up and the house was wrecked. a bunch of stuff was stolen like guns and shite. he also got his arse kicked by somebody after he woke up and went crazy. he panicked and called the cops. he told the cops that he was robbed by 3 black men. he was arrested for filing a false police report.

no i meant state. i want to know where the cops are a bunch of vaginas and won't let a homeowner kick somebody out of their own home.
so i don't ever accidentally live there.

You would get slapped with a wrongful eviction suit, and in most states the law is way, way, way in favor of the tenants and the law is strictly interpreted in favor of the landlord. You can't change the locks, turn off the heat, or otherwise make it unlivable for the tenant, or that's constructive eviction.

I would take a steamy shite in her room. Daily.
