Put gifted Athletes in the hands of someone who has been teaching kids to lift weights for 20 years. Teach them the correct diet(not fastfood which is what they could afford before), get them to drink water instead of soda, and then add in a few inspirational speeches about being the best in the SEC and going to the NFL.
This isn't rocket science. You wouldn't believe the differences a lot of these guys, especially the bigger linemen see just off of diet change.
