It doesn't take ten years for engineers to be worth a damn. Call me snot nosed. I think you're bitter and old. Thanks for correcting me on Redstone and explaining a government department that you don't work for. They don't fire them because of all the bs with politicians promising defense contracts for campaign support.

It does take time for an engineer to be worth the money they're paid. For civil engineers, it's about the time you get your PE.
