It's ironic you post this in a thread where an exchange is actually sponsoring a bowl game.

I have degrees in economics and mathematics, and it's pretty clear that you and whoever made that diagram have little comprehension of math or currency.
Don't worry though. This doesn't necessarily mean you are a stupid person. The deficiency may be psychological, rather than intellectual.
There is a tendency among most people to subconsciously reject logic and reason when the implications run contrary to what they already believe to be true or would like to be true. It's likely that you're a pretty big fan of having your life controlled by men with large guns. This may be because you are afraid of what the result would be if you were free to run your own life, or it may be because you are a woman. Either way, you have convinced yourself that any world in which your life is not run by other people is sub-optimal, and you recognize on some level that a digital currency makes it more difficult for those people to run your life.
You believe, at least consciously, that you are capable of running your own life, and so you reject all of the evidence that suggests that people without guns can run shite other than your life better than the people using guns to force their dictates on others, and instead illogically accept the reverse, which allows you to believe that you are actually being selfless in allowing your life to be ruled by others.
The notion that a monetary system can function without any reliance on violence runs afoul of the whole lie on which you've precariously balanced your self-worth, forcing you to pretend that the opposite is true and post stupid diagrams that imply such.
If only you believed in your own ability to run your own life, you may well be plenty smart enough to work out the necessary mathematics and economics to understand digital currencies.
