There is no wind in TDA Stadium.
It was built on a landfill next to the river at almost the lowest elevation spot in Omaha in what was once a swamp.
Not only does this create a stifling situation for the fans, it also contributes to the horrible problem fans and players have with fighting gnats and flies (not baseball flies....buzzing insect flies).
Rosenblatt sat on top of a ridge overlooking the river and the city and the wind was blowing almost all the time from some direction.
