Of course it is. Less than 30 minute drive to the east in Iowa is one of the largest wind turbine electricity generating farms in the country.

There are literally hundreds of 12-15 story high wind turbines as far as the eye can see both to the south and north of the interstate on the way to Des Moines.

But the wind can't get down into the hole that is TDA Stadium.

Understood, but it's going to be a variable wind based on the landscape and storm fronts, not a prevailing wind.

I'm just saying it's not going to be a constant wind from a certain direction due to its location. The wind will vary from time to time based on a lot of conditions that have very little to do with the ballpark's location.
