Richt, and it's not close.

If Richt had Manning as his QB, he wins the National Championship at least 1 or 2 out of the 4 years of Peyton being the QB. Fulmer did it with Tee Martin, but that was the perfect storm.

you act like Richt has had a problem at the QB position. Richt is one of the biggest underachievers in SEC history given the talent he's had and the natural recruiting base he has to work with.

Richt has had some absolute studs come through UGA at QB. Maybe not to the level of PM, but I don't think that's an accurate statement to say that if he had Peyton he has a crystal ball sitting in his office.

Matter of fact, I don't think that's accurate at all.

It's not like Richt has been quarterback poor. He's consistently had some of the best QBs in the SEC during his tenure.

Except for the fact that Peyton went 0-4 against Florida.
