Texas and OU bring big fanbases and money and a rich tradition of winning in football. Their other sports are also good.
FSU and Louisville are great geographic fits, FSU has a great tradition over the last 25-30 years and Louisville has been doing excellent in every single major collegiate sport as well.
I would be against any expansion though, I thought 12 was perfect. Didn't like going to 14, wouldn't like going to 16.
