Whatever yall bring. Doubt I'll have time to do a butt Friday. Weather is perfect so I may call in sick and sit in a stand all day.
Not bringing smoker either, so it'll need to be something on the grill.
We could do tiger tails again, worked out pretty well last time.

Just finished smoking a 7.5 lb chicken with a lil garlic butter injection. Got about a dozen pork cutlets for the grill tmrw too.
