As much as people think Bama fans are hyping up Coker, other fans are underrating him.

He is the best QB they'll have had under Saban. Athletically and fundamentally he is better than McCarron. With the amount of talent and weapons they have on offense, he's literally a nightmare for defenses.

As for people saying their OL is suspect, the last thing you want is to flush Coker from the pocket. Very fast for his size and capable of extending plays with his legs either through the air or on the ground. Watch spring film and garbage time film all you want, it's all you have to go off of and I get that.

As a former staffer at FSU, I've seen what he can do first hand in practice against a national championship defense. There's not a single defense in the SEC he'll face that is as good as what he practiced against at FSU while he was there. I expect to see an undefeated to 1-loss Bama team win their conference and go to the playoffs this year.

We get it, everyone is sick of Alabama and desperately wanting the nightmare to be over. The sad reality for ya'll is that as long as Saban is at Alabama we're going to be a permanent fixture in the top 10 and more often than not a contender for the national title.

Most likely true....

This Bama fan isn‘t complaining though
