Funny you say this considering your whole Dak argument is ifs(he played 13 games instead of 11) and buts(but MSU doesn't have the WR skill that OM does, so Daks passing stats are skewed).

Just wanted to pop in here and remind everyone that Engie posts on Elite Dawgs. Dude is an ultra homer whose critical thinking skills have been clouded by copious amounts of maroon and white DakJuice.

All I'm going to say on the subject is this - when you anoint a player at any position based on as limited criteria as we have of Dak, you will usually end up burned.
Dak will be good, but saying he'll be a world beater at this point is suspect. His best games came against some of the shittiest defenses in CFB. He didn't even take a snap against the best defense y'all played all year (Bama).
The second best defense you played all year (SCAR) he threw 3 picks.
Fact is, Dak is an outstanding runner and a mediocre passer. Wallace is an above average passer and a slightly above average runner when he's turned loose (see bowl game vs. GaTech).

Yes -- I'm confident that Dak will be who we think he is this year. He's got an "it" factor that I've never seen in an MSU QB before.

He's definitely got the intangibles you want in a QB.
That's the ONLY thing I'll admit I wish Bo had more of. Moxie.
It gave me hope to see him rebound after the Egg Bowl and destroy GaTech, who had a pretty good defense. And now this offseason he's headed out to Cali to work with some QB Guru. He finally seems to give a shite.
Better late than never. At least he's not pulling a Snead and doing blow off hooker's assholes.

In that case -- let's not forget Nick Griffin who is finally healthy and Aeris Williams either.
I'm saying that Robinson is the best RB in the state of Ms. Arguably other than Dak Prescott. Shump is too early to make any actual assessments on. I know what Mathers and Walton bring -- and I wouldn't trade Robinson for either of them. We'll see on the other 3.
All of your running backs are so dominant that Freeze sat them down in favor of a DL in the Egg Bowl. That's the ultimate indictment of them and your OL whether you want to admit it to yourself or not.
