The best part of this is I'm gonna say 50-60% of you that THINK you can bench 180 and run a 4.9 are sorely mistaken.
ETA: Most Americans are fricking fat, slobbish, not agile, miserable sacks of shite that disgust me. Most of you probably fit that category as well. Odds are in my favor that they do.

Bench is 260, I have no idea about my 40 time though. Marathon time is 3:03:24.

Yes most americans might fit into this mold. However he does not. and your assumption of everyone on here is flawed as well.

I maxed out at 275 yesterday. Anyone that works out even somewhat regularly for half a year should be able to get 180. It's not a lot of weight at all.
