Is Coach Cal the most hated man in college sports?

I was reading an article that essentially espoused that Coach Cal is the most hated man in college sports... I don't see this being the case & frankly I don't get how people don't respect how he's gained the system- It's wholly American.

I'll save you the time of flipping through the whole thing... Here's the quote that I got hung up on. As a general hoops fan, I love Coach Cal... Loved him at UMASS & Memphis, and I can continue to enjoy the product he puts on the floor at Kentucky.

I wouldn't say Saban is the most hated. I'd peg Urban Meyer ahead of him.

I didn't miss it, but it's not a "point". It's extreme hyperbole that doesn't have any place in this discussion. His whole point is if you aren't a UK fan you dislike Cal. That's likely pretty true, but that doesn't mean he's "the most hated man in college sports" as you said.

bobby petrino has to be up there.
the thing with cal, urb, and saban is that it's easy to confuse jealousy with hatred when it comes to them. there's nothing to be jealous of with petrino, he's just a born loser and troll.

Ha... That's pretty good. But I wouldn't be surprised if Louisville goes on a little run here in the Almost College Conference...
