First off, it was a great game. I'm not really gonna say Auburn didn't have a shot if Manziel wouldn't have gone down, but they really lucked out without him in the field and then injured when he was.
Now, to "business"
There was a shite load of youth on the field. From what I understand, Auburns offense alone returns it's entire receiving core, majority of it's O-Line, it's QB, and 3/4ths of it's rushing attack.
Defensively they look to be in better shape. Their D-Line seemed young and is coming back, It's LB core is addition by subtraction and Frost?? is it will seem like a solid guy in their. The DB unit lost a bit but I don't think it matters with how shite they were.
Now to the aggies.
A&M lost Evans and Lambert in it's receiving core, an O-Lineman, it's All World QB, and Malena. Defensively they didn't lose anyone of note aside from offseason attrition of Claiborne(correct me if wrong) who seems to have a bright future. While this unit was shite, I think it's being addressed plus a year of veterancy in the SEC and the incoming classes will help.
All in all it was a great game and these two programs definitely have a bright future wit their respective coaches and adding toons to fields ect. The West is gonna be a grindfest next year and I don't see any particular team as the sure favorite. Here's to another great football season

P.s. shite load of spelling and grammar errors. I don't care to fix them.

I'm too invested in A&M's performance to have any hope of being unbiased, but I think this:
is spot on. There should be a truckload of great games this year.

That was a pivotal game last season.
For whatever reason, it's always overlooked.

It was definitely the game where Auburn finally emerged out of the ashes of the Chizik era and let everyone know they were a pushover no longer.

They didn't stand a chance if Johnny hadn't gone down.

I think TAMU will be better next year than last year because their Defense will be much better. Offense will be good. They return 4 OL and 4 DL starters.

It's overlooked, and rightfully so. It was kind of one of the first dominoes to start falling right and then....
Alabama....
Freaking Georgia....
Those were just monumental breaks, and Auburn used the rest of this centuries allotment of good mojo last year alone.
Granted, they were in position to take advantage, so not trying to belittle that part of the equation.

Cry me a river you fricking puss. Johnny Douchebag should have missed the entire game after taking money from those autograph brokers

I can't believe they didn't call the horse collar. I'd have been pissed if it was against us and Shaw went down like that.

JF only missed on one pass for the restnof the game correct?
Didnt they score on the next 2 possessions after hus injury?

It was a horse collar but you don't let a bad call/no call lose a game for you. It sucked, there was lots of rustling.

The refs wanted to see manziel get hurt as much as players/fans.

He's the worst poster on this board--and that's saying something.
We just kinda ignore him.

quote:Hell yeah! I also think the NCAA should go back and declare Patrick Peterson ineligible after it came out Willie Lyles wanted $80,000 for his services. You know LSU paid it
