I just learned that Garcia has been placed on indefinite suspension (effective yesterday) by the Tampa Bay Storm of the Arena football league for violation of unspecified team rules.
I can only imagine you are hearing it here first as I just got word from someone within the program who just heard from someone in Tampa.
Any thoughts on Garcia and this latest thing?

His parents used to stop by our Cockaboose practically after every home game. He comes from good people. I've meet his brothers too.
I just don't get it. He's the baby of the family I guess but I thought for sure, him being close to home, that he would make a go of this.
I gotta admit, I am disappointed.

I talked to a buddy thats in Tampa after seeing this and he said he heard that Garcia was just leaving for more money in Canada.

Talked to a buddy of mine down there this morning, he actually called to rag on me about this because Garcia is like a pox mark on our collective asses that everyone loves busting balls over I guess. But anyways, he said sports radio down there was saying yesterday that it is an unspecified "league suspension" after only four months in the league, and on the day when he was supposed to make his first start for the Storm. He said the place was packed and Garcia was a no show. Hipheard (sp?) started instead and beat the Voo Doo. Said the whole thing with Garcia is very strange and there are a lot of pissed-off people around there wanting to know wtf happened yet no one is saying what actually went down except to say it was a "league suspension." That's why he called me, to find out if we are hearing anything up here.
