For the last fricking time, the majority of LSU fans are far more outraged that we have to travel to that shithole Gainesville every other season. If we had the pleasure of enjoying Athens or Knoxville or Nashville or anywhere else really, we would be cool with the permanent opponent format.
And don't give me that "Gainesville isn't that bad" bullshite. I have been to almost every SEC city, and it is without a doubt in the bottom 3 of the conference. We aren't rivals with Florida, nor is there any incentive to fly to Gainesville. The swamp is cool, that's about it.
eta: If you think we're scared of Muschamp at this point, you are out of your mind.

So that's the company line now.
At least this one is a bit more sympathetic. Nothing is stopping you from visiting these towns.

Oh, so it's NOT about the downswing TN is having right now. It's just about the city of Gainesville?
But wouldn't we hear the same complaint had y'all been paired with anybody else?
