Want to call it a shitty, desperation offer because they couldn't land any real backs instead? His best offer other than Auburn was probably Utah. I'm not going to pretend you guys wrestled some beast of a running back from elite recruiting competition or that he was or has become some kind of big-time player.

You are really showing your ignorance now.

1. He was one of 3 RB's we signed that year.
2. He committed in November. I'd hardly call that last second.
3. He was a 4* and #1 JUCO back. To pretend he is some scrub is laughable.

But please continue.

Where did I say it was last-second? Also, you brought him in with the aforementioned Barber and Rudy Ford. I see nothing that disqualifies this from being a desperation offer because a 3-star JUCO was the best Auburn could pull at RB that year.

You added this:

He was a 3-star and #3 JUCO RB Composite. You beat out Utah, Utah State, Washington and New Mexico for him. To pretend he is some superstar is asinine.
