Perhaps he thought the new NCAA ruling meant he could eat as much as he wanted anywhere?
And does anyone else find it interesting that the title says "arrested" but the article says "citation issued"?

They prob don't slap cuffs on you and throw you in a cruiser for stealing less than $100. IE they write a ticket for misdemeanors.
