Wrong.

I calculated it as a percentage of total players signed. Whether they signed 15 or 45 in a class, the numbers I put together were as a percentage of players taken.

If you are signing more players, you can use a greater percentage of your spots on one position that may have a higher bust rate. Since OL is hard to evaluate, you would use more spots on the OL to increase your odds.

Basically, you change your percentages as your totals change.
