Louisiana is not French culture. You don't know much about France if you think that.

I can agree with you on Alabama, but your bait on Georgia is so obvious.

The Port of South Louisiana apparently processes more volume than any other port in the western hemisphere. So uh...victory to the great state of Louisiana once again.

Are you seriously debating about America's ports?
You definitely represent the "who has the biggest dick" contest on this site. You are consistently creating dumb threads about who has what, and who is better than who.
Get outside some.

Forbes ranked Georgia in the top 10 in best states for business. Louisiana ranked 40th

Three states combined for Memphis??? I'd guess that MS & AR have even higher rates than TN but I'd love to see a breakdown of that. Memphis and its TN 'burbs/broader metro area have a lot of rich folks. West Memphis, Ark, not so much.
In general though, these numbers look too high given the recession has hit the South particularly hard.

Did I get to you or something? You know what they say about people who have money.... they don't talk about it.
You are always starting threads about what facilities other programs have. Now economies.
