It's very hard to play 4 years in the SEC. Some programs (Bama) are reluctant to start a freshman at QB.
Murray stayed for as long as he could because his physical appearance precluded him from leaving early for the NFL. Most QBs who are good enough to play 4 years, don't because they put in just enough to draw the interest of the NFL and increase their draft stock. That fourth year is just too risky.
What, are there any QBs currently in the conference who are on their way to starting for four whole years?
