No. Every insurance policy has coverage on it most people will never use or need. This is a ridiculous argument against ACA when there are plenty of other fair criticisms of it.

There's a vast difference between paying for insurance you won't need and insurance you can't need.
If we're going to make men pay the difference in women's health insurance, then women should have to pay the difference in men's car insurance.
