Something had to be at the beginning of everything. Otherwise there would still be nothing, as nothing can't create something - 'cause, you know, it's nothing.

So if something had to 'be' before there was anything (because otherwise there would still be nothing), many philosophers (and even logisticians and some scientists) feel there had to be a god, creator, or something that set everything in motion.

The definition of that 'something' that kicked it all off is the great debate. But many (religious and not) feel very strongly, based on what we currently know, that something had to be there at the beginning of everything.

Anyway, just a thought. Carry on.
