It seems pretty simple to me.
The Texnas need a QB, among other positions. The QB is hands down the most important position in football and its not close. Johnny Manziel is the best QB in the draft (not close IMO).
Texans should take Manziel. If BOB can't make his offense work and mold JFF then he will have a very short career as a HC.

I trade it for a late 1st round and 2 second round picks at a minium and take the best avail QB in the 1st and fill a few holes on Defense in the second
