Is there one thing that would make you renounce your fanhood of your school?

I personally believe there is at least something that would make everyone turn against their school. Mine would be if something Penn State-like was going on and the school tried to cover it up or they got rid of the name Ole Miss.

If either of those happened, my money would start going to Mississippi State, LSU or Alabama.

Renounce people associated with my school?
Sure.
Renounce my "fanhood?"
Not a chance.
Much of what I have been given, I owe to God, my family, and Texas A&M University.
No scandal would change that.

I would definitely renounce my fan hood but I don't think I would give money to either of those schools

It would take a series of scandals and jackassedry. If one Penn State like revelation was made at USC I'd probably react like many of their alumni did, I'd be shocked and rebuke those responsible but double down on my fanhood.

It would take Sandusky II, Ole Miss-esqe outbursts of racism and Jane Fonda becoming University President or something. That would probably do it. I'd still list USC on my resume I guess, after that, notmuch.

if LSU started sucking like the 90's again, I'd probably become a bama fan until LSU was good again.

While it's clear that many people in high up positions did a lot of bad stuff in the Penn State scandal, I mean none of the players knew wtf was happening, none of the fans did, none o f the students, etc.

There were like 3-5 powerful people doing some really bad shite but that doesn't mean the whole program should die for it.

I think i have said this before, it would have to be something on the level of an official position of the university, and athletic department as a unified whole to be like Nazi's.

Even Something like PSU, i would lose faith in the people, but i was consider myself part of LSU. So i wouldn't lose faith in something i was apart of if i had done nothing wrongs, and a majority of the people I know from LSU did nothing wrong.

It would take a lot. Like if Marshall Henderson was on the team. Then I could see it.
