As a good friend of mine likes to say (she happens to be African American, which is germane to the quote, otherwise her ethnicity is irrelevant): "I've lived in many states all across this country. The only difference between racism in the north vs racism in the south, is that in the south, you know who your enemies are."

true, but does every other school have "The Confederacy" as basically their school theme. It just makes ya'll an easy target. At least the governor of your state didn't stand in from the class registration building trying to deny black students entry like a goddam moron.
