Watch a few of Alabama's full games. Besides the Iron Bowl. You'll observe that besides Landon Collins and occasionally eddie Jackson and on RARE occasions Deion belue, the secondary was completely awful. What about that schedule all you Aubies always talk about this year? It wasn't a very hard schedule. LSU was pretty much a cakewalk unlike they've been in previous years and Ole Miss was in over their heads. Miss State was our TOUGHEST game this year outside of A&M. Shoot, I also forgot about VT. Another sub-par team.

WHAT?!

Statistics are solid arguments always. But if you use the eye test, Alabama's defense and AT LEAST the secondary which you'd definitely have to admit, was like I said, pedestrian at best. Moseley being a god among men in that group. No pass rush either beside CJ and actually A'Shawn and J Allen, a few freshmen.

Auburn played one of Saban's worst teams (outside 2007) since he has been here. It might not seem like it since they were undefeated for the longest time. This whole post will be flamed I know but I'm sticking to my guns on this one because I know for a fact it is right.

Also to note, Colorado State gave us a hell of a game for 2-3 quarters if I remember correctly. Correct me if I'm wrong

Saban hasn't proven he can beat Gus as a HC. He also hasn't proven he can't handle HUNH teams week in and week out and the league is filling up with them. He also hasn't proven he can win constantly without a substantial talent advantage over the teams he plays and the other SEC teams are stacking up too.

Saban has lost 9 games in six years, two to LSU and once to SCar. So he has lost 6 HUNH games in 6 years. It is also worth noting ALA hasn't lost to a team that finished outside the top 10 or didn't win the division (SCAR) in 6 years. That's pretty crazy.
