Is this Richt's Last Year?

Will he finally be held accountable if we don't win the East?
Everyone in our division is rebuilding, we return almost all of our offense, and have been recruiting Top 10 depth every year.
Defensive over-haul with a big splashy name, so many young talented DB's to choose from and compete for the starting spots.
All linebackers return.
Only 1 defensive lineman is gone.
We get Auburn at home, finally. Our other western opponent is Arkansas.
If we don't win the East, even if we have a good season but lose a tie-breaker and are co-champs of the East, if we don't play in the SEC championship, it might be time for a complete overhaul of the entire staff including Richt.

You're asking "is this", not "what do you personally think about..", so the answer is no. Not unless we win the national title and he retires.
Unless we go 1-10, the administration will be able to point to a completely and totally new defensive staff and a new QB as reasons for struggles. I just don't see any feasible way that richt would be fired after this season.

I seriously doubt it would be his last year for any reason beyond a tremendously miserable season and/or an obvious amount of apathy.

Except the most important piece in the best quarterback in SEC history. We'll see how Mason does but it's almost certain he won't be able to win us a game like Murray could.
For Richt:
Wins National championship I'll say maybe
SEC championship unlikely.
Wasn't it said though he is nearing the end of his career?

He did that exact thing vs GT and Nebraska (but didn't win vs Nebraska, but led a huge comeback)
If Hutson Mason just can't handle it, as a 5th year senior, and the season goes to shite for it, who's fault is that? Grantham?

To be fair, Murray didn't really carry us on his back and win games until his 4th year as a starter. Next year will be Mason's 1st.

Nope. A guy like Jeremy Pruitt doesn't leave stability at FSU for a one year flyer. The only way Richt leaves after this year will be if its on his own terms.
This season is basically 2010 all over again. A free pass that could lead to a "show me" year like 2011 was. Luckily for Richt he's got a better coordinator, personnel in place for the type D we'll run (no 4-3 to 3-4 transition), and the QB taking over is in his 5th year and not a redshirt freshman.
ETA: I think we win the East, personally. I think we're hurting with experience at OL and talent at DB, but the only teams with a shot to win the East that will improve their record from 2013 are UGA and UF. UK and UT might improve, but it won't be enough to compete for the East.

I give him credit in the GT game and Nebraska he was freaking terrible he did so many wrong things it was hard to watch. We should have won that game handily. Also Gurley gets more credit in those games than Mason does too\ me.

I don't know maybe the OFFENSIVE and QUARTERBACKS coach mike bobo?! Who should be the one to have him ready.
