Ole Miss sweeps the mighty Stetson Hatters (shocking I know)

Our bats were more alive this weekend than at ANY point of last season. Granted we have to take everything with a grain of salt since it was Stetson we were playing but with our offense I am thoroughly pleased

The surprise of the weekend is from the play we got out of Freshman Errol Robinson. Dude looks like he is about to be a vacuum at Short Stop.

How'd everybody else's weekend go?

Swept Appalachian State

Got to see Fri and Sun games. Pretty fun. We overpowered them so there's not too much to take away

Swept a not very good Bucknell team, still in dominating fashion. In every game we won by double digits so that was nice.

We did what we always do at LSU--beat the shite out of our opponents. Oh and Alex Bregman is good at baseball.

State faced some preseason all american from WCU that I had never heard of. Kid was dirty. Anyway, relief pitching was phenomenal per usual. Trevor Fitts is a solid starter. Offensive production was a little bit shaking. Jake Vickerson needs to have a solid year for us to make some serious noise. If we can replace the 100 hits Frazier gave us and the 60 RBI's Renfroe gave us, we can do something really good. This team's talent is all around better than last year. The record may not show it. Last years team had an it factor. Momentum and comradery really took that team to the next level. This years team is loaded with talent, its just whether or not they can gel. With the recruiting we have coming in, the next two years could be on of the best teams State has ever had.

Mizzou is sitting at 2-1, but I had to go look it up.
