I'm going with Tennessee for the East.
Tennessee returns zero starters on both lines. They will struggle mightily in 2014, but go bowling in 2015 IMO.

Last year, our most productive D-lineman was a true freshman. Our recruiting class this year has 8 DL in it, some of whom are bigger, faster, and better than players already on our roster. I actually believe that our D-line play will improve. Not to mention our Linebacking corp will be insane.
As for O-line, we have mack crowder at center who has gotten significant playing time, Marcus jackson (basically our 6th man last year) who is very talented, and a JUCO tackle Ray Raulerson who will come in and make an immediate impact. Yes, it will take a few games for our line to mesh, but we have the talent to have a solid (i'm not saying great) line this year. If they mesh over the offseason, we have a chance to do big things, assuming a starting QB emerges by the time the season rolls around. Besides, look a mizzoulast year, anthing can happen.
I see it as a race between SC, UF (they sucked last year but they're loaded with talent), UGA, Mizzou, and UT.
Good Luck

The big question is whether or not they'll lose more than 7 games for the first time ever.
