When Jones arrived at Cincy they just finished their 2nd BCS bowl in 2 years and finished the regular season ranked #3 in the country.

When Jones arrived at Cincy, Pitt was the only team in their conference with fewer returning starters from the prior year. They lost a ton of talent, including their record setting starting QB.

When Jones arrived at UT, he took over a program that finished 5-7 the prior year, only winning 5 games by outscoring people with a high powered offense. From that offense, they lost 4 NFL draft picks, including one that would make the Pro Bowl as a rookie. They also lost their starting QB. He inherited the worst defense in the school's history, and an offense that had lost all of its weapons.

That is complete B.S. to say that Doolely inherited more talent than Saban.

You might want to read better. Never once said that. I said Saban inherited a mess with a group of undisciplined players. That Jones did not have that head ache because Dooley, if nothing else, cleaned house and got rid of the trouble makers. All Jones had to do was bring in talent. Again you may want to read before posting next time.
