It's maudlin and sanctimonious.

They really missed out on an opportunity. If the backdrop would've shown our fine immigrants in the ER, voting, using their EBT at el WalMarto or selling drugs then we'd have had something.

There's no creativity in the media anymore....

I have mixed emotions about the commercial. It was well done and I fully understand that we are a nation of immigrants but we also have national cultural/identity that evolved from what was established by very wise founding fathers. It seems to me that our United States have never been less united under the current administration in part due to emphasis on multiculturalism, overbearing political correctness and statism that seems more like dictatorship and less like the socialism that I expected from this administration. Also considering the coincidence with immigration legislation in the works, the commercial would seem to be a not so subtle advocate for amnesty. And to be completely honest, I seriously doubt there are very many immigrants in the U.S. singing "America the Beautiful" in their native languages much less in English. As such I find the commercial rather disingenuous.
