So, a person can't be black and be conservative or just do their job without drawing attention to themselves? OK, got it.

Have you ever thought it was not that he was black but that he made those refs run their asses off in "40 min of hell"? Some refs do not like to run that much, especially if they came from the B1G where they have those slow games to stroll down the court at leisure.
