Now that's running through the gauntlet right there.

With Mett, Hill, Copeland, Landry, Beckham, LSU should've been one of the top offenses in the country imo.

In only one year he made our offense the highest in the nation at 3rd Down conversion %.
First SEC team in history with a 3000 yd passer, 1000 yd rusher, and two 1000 yd WRs.
You go from Jordan Jefferson bounce-pass slants to this, and you can bet your arse LSU fans are pumped.
He hasn't even started yet.

you "pretty much" fired your OC because your HC and AD had a full blown meltdown after losing to auburn and oklahoma. and now you have Lane frickin' Kiffin. congratulations

LSU Schedule outside of western conference opponents
TCU one of most well coached teams in the country, sloppy game for us
UAB puke
Kent dook sauce
Furman extra duke sauce that wanted the upset
Iowa good defense dook sauce offense
Georgia when they were still good
Florida When they hadn't totally hit the crapper yet, defense still pretty nasty
Bama's
VT with a TE pretending to play QB
Colorado State, whose the 2nd best program in a talent-dry state
GA STATE - 2nd year as a program
CHATANOOGA- Ive seen them play, they used 2 QBs and threw it back and forth between them and did trick play bullshite the whole game
Oklahoma- Kicked their best RB off the team, QB handn't shown a whole lot outside of practice until this game. Granted I knew he could be good before this game.
Tennesee and Kentucky - SameShitDifferentStates
Our OOWesternDivision games were against MUCH better defenses than y'alls' were, granted VT was probably the best defense out both our OOC games

VT's scoring D finished the season ranked 11th in the country.
Oklahoma's finished ranked 22nd.
TCU's finished ranked 54th...

LSU offensive yardage from 2012 to 2013:
Passing 2012: 2600 yards 12 TDs
Passing 2013: 3200 23 TDs
600 more passing yards 11 more TDs
Rushing 2012: 2258 29 TDs
Rushing 2013: 2630 37 TDs
372 more rushing yards 8 more TDs
The offense was almost 1000 yards better with almost 20 more TDs. Now we add LF and now u mad

And you should be more concerned with the fact that a mediocre BIG 12 team with a RS Freshmen QB just shredded your shite secondary rather than worrying about what WE think about OUR offensive coordinator.

So you respond to a post, that's moral was stats don't tell the whole story, with more stats

quote:What the frick does that have to do with anything? Everyone outside of bama agreed that saban running off Nuss was stupid, and that bringing in Kiffin was even stupider. But it still bears no relevance whatosever on LSU's offensive performance, which was undeniably good.
has a better offense than LSU yet pretty much fired their OC.
Please stop trying to make yourself feel better about the Kiffin hire.

Why would I be mad?If Cam had been Alabama's OC he would've gotten fired.

Why did Henry only get 9 carries when Oklahoma beat you?

Remember, whether its true or not, even if they leave for a raise, Bama fired them, they didn't move on. The rule always applies.

The defense was the primary reason why LSU under performed this year. Previous posters have posted the stats...but it's the first time in SEC history that a team had a 3000+ yard passer, 2 1000+ yard receivers, and a running back over a 1000 yards all in one season. That is a marked improvement over what the LSU offense produced in previous seasons. Also, it was done behind a very lack luster offensive line. And, as you know that o-line coach was just fired due to the under performing nature of that line. Cam's first year was last year and he did something with the offense that's never been done before in the SEC...so, you think he should be fired?
