this is some serious stupidity. ive been in every state except alaska and hawaii. every state has shitty spots (flint michigan, gary indiana, youngstown ohio all look like mordor). the idea the lousiana is subtsantially nicer on average than alabama or any other souther state is completely ludicrous. the crown jewel of your state is a complete shithole that is still half destroyed and smells like mexico city.

I drove through rural Louisiana on a road trip before and it was depressing. I'm sure people feel the same way when driving through rural Mississippi and Alabama too.
