I believe in free will…the ability to make my own choices and actions as I see fit.
I also believe that God knows what I'm going to do, because God exists outside of time, and sees past, present and future simultaneously as a result of not being encumbered by time.

I can't really have a real debate about this issue within the context of the supernatural. I'm glad you have found comfort in religion, though.
