"Okay, dudes, listen up - you have $2.4 trillion dollars to buy all these types of weed. There's the Department of Agriculture - They figure out how to grow the best varieties of weed. The Department of Education studies weed. The Department of Defense protects all of us from Al Qaeda taking our weed. The Dept. of Veterans Affairs makes sure that all of the righteous old dudes that defended our ability to smoke weed get to go to the doctor...."
"Here's the problem - We owe $17 trillion dollars to our dealer. How do we continue to make sure that each cabinet department has enough money to run properly with respect to their various weed responsibilities while saving enough money each year to pay off what we owe our dealer?"
