Is this John Farley guy from Varsity Preps pro MSU? Because that article is a little whooly IMO.

not sure if we need a 5'10" combo guard already having IJ on the roster.

If he can shoot it like IJ, sign him up.

Need Ready to start pulling the trigger alot more often. Best shooter on the team and he never takes shots unless he's basically so wide open that he has to...

Yeah he needs to get a little more aggressive but so does most of our roster. I love Ready. He is such a throwback. All the way down to his haircut. He will start bustin more 3's i'm sure.

I said the same exact this this past Sat to a friend of mine while watching the game. I said Ready needs to shoot more but looks afraid to pull the trigger on open looks.

Isn't he just a freshman? It seems like players are improving under Ray...so I am not too worried about it. I am more worried about him getting good players to come here.

Not nearly as afraid as Thomas was on Saturday.

Thomas had a ton of open looks in the corner and didn't even want to look at taking a shot. We gotta be more confident in our shooting.

Yeah -- that's the kind of stuff that makes it obvious how young of a team we are. We simply don't have the mental toughness to win on the road in a hostile environment yet. We still play hard -- just don't play confident.

That said, we're going to need Ware to show up better than he did against OM. And Sword will have to learn to hit a midrange jumper or he's going to be taken out of these games like he has been recently.

Was pleasantly surprised by De'Runnya's minutes. Seems to fight hard on the block and hard for the rebounds. He could help us out in the coming weeks -- if nothing else -- as a safety valve for Ware foul trouble.

Maybe it's because IJ will be a junior by the time he shows up?

I see his CB predictions are 57% State and 43% OM. What's the deal with him?

He and Leo Lewis both are going to Bama's JR days over Ole Miss, it appears...

That had to play decently for MSU...

Supposedly Leo's top 4 in no order are Florida, LSU, Mississippi State, and Bama.

So it'll probably be a State-Bama battle for Lewis. Interesting.
