I have begun dating a woman who recently bought a horse. I also recently have come across a few articles talking about horse chicks being almost universally crazy.

Anybody have any experience with a chick who is way into horses?

I have dated several barrel racers and almost married an equestrian event rider, and can tell you from experience that they are card carring crazies.

I've just mostly been concerned about it being a really expensive hobby.

I mean for what a person spends boarding and caring for a horse, they could make a pretty decent house payment

That alone strikes me as crazy.

I should add that I banged a horse chick a few times, but it was just a hook up. And she was crazy.

She had a 3x6 photographic portrait of she and her horse hanging above her mantle.

She also was one of those people with a nice house, but it smells like piss because she's single and tries to keep 4 rescue dogs.

She also posts those fricking "pet Amber alert" things on her Facebook. I think its a personality disorder.

I had a brief foray into to the barrel racing world. It was brief because they were all batshit crazy.

I do.

The pluses outweigh the minuses IMO. Horses in general are white collar as frick so that means they are usually wealthy or come from money and are attractive. They are also sometimes stuck up.

If they ride competitively it should keep her quite fit and tight though. And any person who's hobby is attached to a large animal is going to be a little off and like to mess around in the sack.

Yeah it's a retarded money pit. All the horse girls I knew were from loaded families and had daddy issues and the horses seemed like a way to try to make up for it.

Ugh, good luck bro. I been around a lot of these girls and even dated one from the equestrian team in college. Don't be surprised if some OCD or type A, female dominance behavior comes flying at you on occasion

Sounds like a perfect fit if you are a Centaur.

My current SO is big into dressage.

Talk about an expensive fricking hobby.

She's high maintenance but not crazy.

Loaded families

You have to be from a loaded family. My girl is from Phoenix so there are some added costs keeping a horse due to weather and space. They were spending over 60k a year on her "hobby". That doesn't include the Tahoe and trailer they bought just to transfer the thing from place to place.

My Army buddy married a girl who rode horses and that lady was crazy. May just be coincidence but she was so crazy she was scary. We thought she was gonna poison him slowly and kill him overtime and I am not joking.

Not sure if it was a chick or horse, I feel guilty of perhaps engaging in beatiality
