I think it has a lot to do with people's perception of the player. Dak is a model of what a leader should be. Bo, not so much. It seems Dak garners much more respect than Bo does, although, Bo has been much better statistically. I personally like Dak, he just has that "it" factor.

Plus Bo is the poster child of every dude associated with OM; it's hard to tell if he's a dude or a chick. That's definitely not a good leadership quality.
