Buc I honestly don't think Les would take him at this point. LM has more pride than sense and I think the statements he and his mother made did more damage than we think. I don't necessarily agree with it but I think Les will stand his ground on this one.

I don't think so. When experts get an idea of where a guy is going, they make their call. A lot of them are bs or just following along with what others do, but many of the CB picks you see are legit

Exactly a lot of them are just guessing which is exactly what this board does
We need to come up with a panel of experts from each fan base to guess where certain recruits go and track the results. It would more entertaining

There's maybe two or three guys on the LSU board who know what they're talking about
I guess we could have someone speak on behalf of each of the pay sites

I use experts very liberally

Adams seems locked into LSU, or at least our staff is under that impression.
I can see that and most of it is from LSU turning up the heat

I still think Hootie ends up at LSU, but not until Adams is in the fold 100%, however if Hampton stays with ole miss and Hootie actually takes a visit to oxford who knows what could happen. All I know is I would be surprised if Hootie went back to bama.
Have no idea what to think at this point about Hootie. I'm willing to bet OM gets him in to OV ASAP after the DP ends regardless of Hampton simply because they need bodies, where he fits in Chavis' D (I'm assuming as a roaming OLB) for LSU isn't in as dire of a need. About Bama, I can tell you with certainty that numbers situation doesn't benefit him if he's not an EE and at Bama he's a more pure fit at SS, but he won't start next yr, but Bama rotates and plays more S than the other 2 schools (played 3 S at least I'd say 95% this past yr). I'm not entirely sure he understands the difference or even if that was what turned him off I don't know that. Also have to keep in mind though that he is a La kid so always a tough pull, but I am willing to bet he ends up at LSU, we'll see.

And I'll go with the crystal ball on Hampton. Bama.
Good pick

We only have a few spots left too. Also Hootie wouldn't even consider us unless his boy was here already. Learn yourself fool

OM is a very real possibility now for Hootie regardless of who else is in the fold................FOOL

From a PR standpoint, I just don't see Les turning away such a highly rated kid from Louisiana, even if he dug his own grave. Not to mention we need safeties, especially strong safeties.

Yeah Les saying no to Hootie no matter how bad he played this yr is stupid
He's a take at any SEC school

I think LSU's indifference towards Hootie at the moment has more to do with his and his mom's comments about how they were treated on their visit to LSU and LSU's pursuit of Jamal Adams than his play this season. They know what kind of player Hootie is, and it's not like he had a terrible season

Yeah don't put much stock in his or his Mom's comments making his recruitment any different for Les, either he wants in at LSU or he doesn't their offer likely still stands, Les isn't always the absolute smartest, but he isn't stupid and turning down Hootie no matter who you already have or think you might have would be stupid.

I don't think there's any question Hootie wants lsu, but does LSU want Hootie (at the moment)

LSU probably takes Hottie at LB, which is probably his best position for the NFL.
I see L.Fournette likes LB just as much as RB if not more.
