You can put me in the group that is not proud of his return. If he played a really small role in the assault, he may not have been charged. but he was charged. maybe this is why he got youthful status.
Unless he comes out and publicly talks about his mistakes, about how his life has turned around, and how he has apologized to the victim or victims, I will question this decision.
