With this guy being the only one allowed back I have to believe there is more to this story. If it was just "he did his time let's give him a pass" I think we'd have Calloway back too.

He never confessed and with court records being sealed we may never know. Which means what does the school base their decision on. If they do not have access to his records it is like the NCAA when they have no subpoena power.
