What fricking planet are they living on?

Yeah, Florida sucked, Georgia fell apart but we were a Duke upset away from another all SEC BCSNCG.

I blame Mizzou.

They're confusing an ever-increasing state of SEC team parity w the conference being "down."

When Arkansas is down the whole conference is down.

LSU, Bama and aTm all underachieved. Combined with Florida and Georgia meltdowns the SEC had a down year.

Because it was.

It's still probably the best conference in the nation, but I don't think you can honestly say it was as strong as ever with LSU, UF, UT, and UGA all having 3+ losses.

GA was down. FL is what it is.If the SEC goes 7-3 or better than everyone (esp on the rant) is going to have to accept that the league if anything is stronger than ever, it just looks a little different. With parity comes losses.
On the other hand if mizzou loses to Okie State I'm going to blame us too.

If my team loses a couple then the SEC is down, and CFB is down because my team is just that damn important.

Wishful thinking but yea the traditional powers in the East definitely down and out. The West might have actually been stronger this season than last with the resurgence of Auburn.

One of three SEC teams was all but guaranteed to go the BCS championship game going into the last week of the regular season. Only three, so down year.

Let's be honest - if that's how far away it was, it was never even fricking close.
