I think that whenever Saban retires, Alabama will be in MUCH better shape than LSU was when he went to the NFL.

Well Alabama is far better now than LSU ever was with Saban, and has sustained a much higher level of success, so it's hard to not say Alabama.

I think they will be very similar. Get top talent, but lose a couple of games a year on average.
I think thats the most obvious scenario. No coach will come in and do what Saban has done. Just won't happen. Every great run comes back to earth eventually. Bama fans know this as well as anyone.
