I know but being since it was a pretty important play and how close it was, they didn't even review it.

How do you know they didn't review it? Just because they don't stop the clock doesn't mean they didn't review it.

All scoring plays are reviewed. When they are obvious, there is no reason to call down to stop play.

Marshall wasn't close to being across the LOS. That's why they didn't review it. It was pretty clear live if you're not a dumbass.
