I'm not saying he's a bad coach. He's just not worth 5 mil, yet. Gene Chizik was an expensive mistake. He was a great recruiter, also.

I don't think that is true. If anything your line and the fact that he often had to play catch up since your D was sorry made him play the way he did at times.
