But let's ignore all the shite talking and expectations from A&M fans
the majority of us were thinking 10-2. not SEC champions like LSU

It's cute though. Their excitement over a win against us is like an Arkansas fan excited about a Golden Boot upset.

your claim to fame is beating bama last year.

Full of a&m fans saying they would go undefeated... I can at this game too.

The loud/obnoxious fans are the most vocal and who y'all pay attention to but =\= the majority of our fan base.

Nobody is saying people didn't say that. Hell, even on the rant the majority of the people in te prediction thread were saying 9-10 wins.

your entire fan base floods this place after cam was hired talking about how your offense will finally be as good as the defense and how the people stepping in for all of draftees would be just as good. you were all proclaiming yourselves conference champions. the fact that you guys are now trying to take all of that back, after MONTHS of telling everyone on this site that you would have no problem going forward this year, is beyond amazing

I don't necessarily disagree with this, but for you to say it as though the aTm fan-base didn't have the same expectations and the same disappointment to a 3 loss season is false.

I am being real. The majority of LSU fans thought the defense would be better, the offense was going to be incredible, and the LSU/Bama game was going to decide the natty. That is just the truth.

This is not far from the truth. As well as we recruit, this was not an impossible scenario, although it was unlikely.

pretty obviously this

LSU met expectations for most fans. Haters were arguing for 7 or 8 wins
UGA fell a little short because of a combination of youth, injuries, and schedule
Tennessee has been worse than might have been hoped but no one picked them to win 8 plus games anyway
Arkansas may go winless in teh SEC but they were supposed to be bad so being 1-3 games worse than expected isn't much to get upset about in the big picture

There was a lot of talk at the beginning of the season about LSU being a NC contender

There's talk every season about LSU contending for the NC.

That's the difference between elite teams and Ole Miss.

My vote is UF. Losing to an FCS school and not being bowl eligible pretty much cinches it.

I'll say it now, Boom is a bust.

Find me any prediction from a swamp kitten that had LSU losing to anyone other than a coinflip against Alabama.

Without falling arse backwards in to the greatest coach of all time your national championship drought would be longer than Ole Miss's...

National titles in cfb are the most subjective title in all of American sports. The only title that coaches and players have 100% control over is conference titles. Lsu was a top ten program ALLTIME BEFORE Saban got here.
Here is Cfb warehouse ( considered the best ranking of programs) ranking from 1869-1980. Also in 1980 lsu 8th ALLTIME in wins

Most lsu fans on tigerrant were expecting 3-4 losses. I'm not talking blind homers.
