Ha. I've been to every SEC school, every stadium, almost every major matchup. I have degrees from two of them. There is really only one fan base that will come up to your family at a restaurant and comment on one of your kid's UT/LSU/AU shirts/hats/whatever, and that is Bama. Some of them simply cannot hold their tongue, they have to let the Bama out.

Listen, I realize it isn't the cream of the crop Bama fan that does this, but they're the only ones I've ever seen that type of behavior from. The three most famous problem fan incidents I remember (stabbing, tea bagging, trees) all had something in common.

Or a more accurate way of saying this would be "All our fanbases have ignorant, embarrassing people, but only Alabama has been so successful that they want to talk about it at every opportunity."
